Kaye has a Bachelor of Science degree in International Hospitality Management with specialization in Culinary Arts. Her experience in the culinary industry includes an internship at Four Seasons Hulalai. She also worked with two of the most influential culinary establishments – Centre de Formation D’Alain Ducasse in Argenteuil, France and The Mark Restaurant by Jean Georges in New York. Kaye recently opened an upscale French-Mediterranean restaurant at Uptown Parade in BGC, called Palate. Her menu is an interpretation of her personal training from Paris to New York, giving her guests a new take on global flavors. Palate highlights both local and international ingredients resulting to each dish weaving its own story of flavors.
